HOTEL POLICIES

PET POLICY
Hotel Flora is dog-friendly. You may have up to two dogs per guest room. A one-time non-refundable fee of $75 per dog, plus tax will be charged to your room upon check-in.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations are accepted without penalty up to 48 hours before 3 pm on the day of arrival. Cancellations within the 48-hour cancellation policy are subject to the first night’s room and tax. Please be aware that attempting to modify a reservation within the 48-hour cancellation period will be considered a cancellation. Advance Purchase Rates are non-refundable.

DEPOSIT POLICY
A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to hold the reservation. The credit card will be authorized pre-arrival to ensure validity, however, no deposit will be taken with the exception of an Advanced Purchase Rate. In this case, the entire amount would be charged and is non-refundable.

WHAT TIMES ARE CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT?
Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 11 am.

DO YOU OFFER PARKING?
Hotel Flora offers self-parking available to guests and is included in the amenity fee.

DO YOU HAVE A FITNESS CENTER ON-SITE?
No. Hotel Flora does not have a fitness center on site.

WHAT IS THE AMENITY FEE AND WHAT DOES IT INCLUDE?
The amenity fee is $10 per room per night, plus tax, and includes parking, use of Cruiser Bikes, lavender-infused fudge welcome amenity, access to the Hamilton Recreation Center, secured bike storage, bike wash station, and drip coffee at Betty’s.

DO YOU HAVE A POOL?
No. Hotel Flora does not have a pool on site.

DO YOU HAVE AN AIRPORT SHUTTLE?
We do not offer an airport shuttle at this time, but our front desk would be more than happy to schedule your taxi.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AGE TO CHECK IN?
You must be 21 or older to check in at Hotel Flora.

DO YOU ALLOW SMOKING ON PROPERTY?
Smoking is not allowed anywhere on Hotel Flora property, including balconies or patios.
